Risk Manager/Analyst, Credit Analyst, Financial Analyst
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking to fill a Senior Credit Analyst position for a well-established global organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial credit analysis, financial statement review, underwriting, risk assessment, and relationship management with customers and business partners, along with the ability to use sound credit judgment to make recommendations. Job duties include:
- Analyze commercial credit applications and financing requests.
- Review and interpret financial statements, tax returns, and related credit documentation.
- Evaluate borrower financial performance, liquidity, leverage, and repayment capacity.
- Structure financing proposals, including loan terms, collateral requirements, guarantor support, and other risk-mitigation strategies.
- Prepare detailed credit analyses and recommendations for approval.
- Collaborate with sales teams and customers to gather information and facilitate timely credit decisions.
- Manage a high-volume pipeline of transactions while maintaining service-level expectations.
- Ensure compliance with internal credit policies, regulatory requirements, and customer due diligence standards.
- Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders, business partners, and customers to support long-term success.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in commercial credit analysis, underwriting, banking, equipment finance, commercial lending, lease finance, portfolio management, or risk management.
- Strong understanding of financial statement analysis and commercial credit principles.
- Experience reviewing complex lending transactions and making risk-based recommendations.
- Ability to analyze balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and tax returns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities.
- Proven ability to prioritize multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
