Finance Manager

The application window closes on 07/28/2026. This open role is within the Product Finance organization, which partners with leaders in BE Finance and Product to create sustainable shareholder value through strategic financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting.

As a Finance Manager, you will work extensively with finance management and product business partners to drive financial optimization and growth. You will support the monthly, quarterly, annual, and multi-year forecasting cycles, preparing management reports, variance analysis, and dashboards; analyzing results, synthesizing performance indicators, assessing risk, and communicating opportunities.

• Own monthly and quarterly forecasting submissions, variance analysis, and reporting dashboards.
• Analyze P&L, bookings, revenue, COGS, OPEX for HC, Cloud Infrastructure Spend, margin and SKU COGS.
• Build and maintain financial models in Excel/GSuites.
• Coordinate with FP&A, operations and accounting to update financial outlook.
• Communicate insights and recommendations to senior finance and business leaders.
• Provide transactional detail analysis and support large engineering teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, managing P&Ls and OpEx budgets, and revenue/cost modeling.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and strong attention to transactional detail.
• Experience with Hyperion, Anaplan, or similar financial systems.

• Experience with cloud infrastructure spend and infrastructure modeling.
• Proficiency in Tableau, Snowflake, PowerBI, Anaplan, or Essbase.
• Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Business or Finance.

Competitive salary range: $109,500–$142,400 (US/Canada). Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and other standard Cisco benefits.
