Product & Solutions Analyst

• Your main responsibilities will be in the support of multiple trust officers in the administration of trust and estate accounts
• You will maintain and monitor trust accounts in accordance with Deutsche Bank and fiduciary services policy and procedures and participate in all aspects of trust account opening, maintenance, and closing
• In addition, you will work with private bankers, portfolio management and operations in management of trust accounts
• Prepare Deutsche Bank Force cases for transaction processing and account maintenance
• Assist officers in preparation of client communication and internal memorandum and research and remedy client inquiries and issues
• Review tax, accounting, and legal court documentation
• Prepare and analyze information for trust officer
• Interface with clients and attorneys regarding account management
• Perform all functions of estate settlement

General understanding of trusts & estates and excellent Microsoft skills Ability to handle sensitive materials and information with discretion

Bachelor’s degree required (Finance/ Business Management preferred)
Excellent interpersonal skills; well-developed oral and written communication skills

Good organizational skills and ability to effectively prioritize work, demonstrating flexibility when handling multiple tasks and timely decision making

Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken

Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal team
