Overview
Merrill Wealth Management is a leading provider of comprehensive wealth management and investment products and services for individuals, companies, and institutions. As part of the Advisor Development Program (ADP) – Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I) – you will begin your career by obtaining Securities Industry licenses, learning foundational advisory skills, and eventually progressing to a role as a Merrill Financial Solutions Advisor (MFSA) and beyond.
Responsibilities- Obtain Securities Industry licenses (SIE, Series7, Series
66) through dedicated study time. - Receive foundational training in advisory skills, including building and managing client relationships, assessing complex financial pictures, and guiding clients with tailored advice.
- Work in a financial center delivering Bank of America core banking, investment solutions, and client care.
- Progress through ADP stages, eventually transitioning to a local Merrill Wealth Management office to build a portfolio of affluent and high‑net‑worth clients.
- Maintain SAFE Act registration and comply with background checks; failure to maintain registration may result in immediate termination.
