A large company is looking for an experienced Senior Vice President of Finance to lead its finance team. In this role, you will manage Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Accounting, Treasury, and Strategic Planning.
You will work closely with senior leadership and the Board of Directors to support business growth, improve financial performance, and help the company achieve its long-term goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Finance, FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, and Strategic Planning teams
- Create and manage financial plans that support business growth
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and business performance
- Work with company leaders to support important business decisions
- Manage cash flow, budgeting, financial risks, and company investments
- Present financial reports and business updates to senior leadership and the Board
- Improve financial systems, processes, and internal controls
- Lead, coach, and develop the finance team
Requirements
- 8+ years of finance leadership experience
- Experience managing finance teams in growing or large organizations
- Strong knowledge of FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, and Corporate Finance
- Experience presenting financial reports to senior executives and Board members
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- CPA or MBA is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
Salary & Benefits
Base Salary: $370,000 – $400,000 (based on experience)
