This opportunity is ideal for a finance professional with 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis who is ready to step into a highly visible leadership role. As a strategic business partner, you will work closely with senior leadership to drive financial performance, support key business decisions, and transform how finance delivers value through analytics and technology.

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial modeling activities
- Partner with business leaders to translate financial results into actionable insights
- Develop and enhance KPI reporting, dashboards, and performance analytics
- Drive process improvement, automation, and finance transformation initiatives
- Mentor and develop Financial Analyst staff
- Support strategic projects, investment analyses, and executive decision-making
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in FP&A
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with related analytics platforms and AI
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, planning, and business partnering skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities with experience interacting with senior leaders
