This is a full-time, on-site position for a Clinical Pharmacist II - Ambulatory at Cone Health in Eden, NC, part of the Greensboro–Winston-Salem–High Point Area. The Clinical Pharmacist II will oversee daily responsibilities involving pharmacy practice, patient care, and medication therapies. Key tasks include evaluating and dispensing prescribed medications, consulting with healthcare providers, ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations, and delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care to patients.
