Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) based in the Greensboro–Winston‑Salem–High Point area. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting functional behavior assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, providing support and training for families, and overseeing and managing client progress. The role involves supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ensuring best practices in behavior analysis, and leading collaboration with caregivers and other stakeholders to achieve goals tailored to the child's needs.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Experience in Behavior Management techniques and strategies
- Ability to provide effective Parent Education and caregiver training
- Strong understanding of Psychology and related behavioral theories
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required)
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills
- Commitment to ethical practices and fostering inclusive environments
- Previous experience working with children with developmental differences is a plus
