This is a full-time on-site role for a Healthcare Specialist located in the Greensboro–Winston-Salem–High Point Area. Responsibilities include providing high-quality healthcare services, implementing relevant medical training and education for team members, ensuring high standards of healthcare delivery, and effectively communicating with patients and other healthcare professionals. The Healthcare Specialist will also manage healthcare needs in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications- Competency in EMT and Medicine, with a strong foundation in delivering patient care
- Excellent Communication skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams effectively
- Experience in facilitating Training sessions for healthcare staff and team development
- Knowledge and practical experience in the Healthcare industry to ensure professional and ethical practices
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Relevant certifications or licenses, such as EMT and healthcare certifications, are required
- Bachelor's degree in nursing, medical sciences, or a related field is preferred
