RBT Clinical Apprentice - BCBA in Training

Are you looking to take the next step in your journey as an RBT while studying to become a BCBA? If so, our RBT Clinical Apprentice - Team Lead position may be the perfect fit for you! In this dynamic role, you will bring your clinical talents to lead a team of fellow RBTs and be set up with a direct supervisor to collaborate with.

You and your supervisor will work together as you accumulate your fieldwork supervision hours with our hands‑on, immersive approach. You will get practice with program and protocol design, assessment tools, initial and ongoing authorizations, data analysis, parent training and more!

• Fill in for 1:1 therapy as needed
• Assist with elements of caseload management alongside supervising BCBA
• Assist with tasks within the Central Reach data collection platform
• Assist with new hire and ongoing training of RBTs
• Build rapport and maintain effective communication with clients and families/caregivers

• Able to sustain impact to body (i.e. being hit, etc.) in any area
• Crouching, squatting, kneeling for sustained periods of time
• Bending at the waist to touch knees and/or toes
• Full range of motion of hands and arms
• Sitting on floor and/or in a chair for long periods of time
• Ability to move quickly from standing to seated, or kneeling position, without support

• 6+ months as an RBT or in the field of ABA
• Enrolled in graduate courses for ABA
