Thermo Fisher Scientific - 4125 Premier Drive - Responsibilities:
Observes moving equipment, attends safety training, and follows safety procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.;
Checks lot numbers, weights, raw material lot numbers, part numbers, and expiration dates.;
Performs all cleaning in medicine area and perform all equipment cleaning in the medicine department in accordance with WI.;
Safely use general equipment such as pallet jacks and hoists.;
Performs mixing for medicine for specified time; make documentation on BPR; and take to dispensing area.
