The Program Manager, Learning & Development (Leadership Development) is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing leadership development programs that build leadership capability across the organization. This role partners with business leaders, HR, and key stakeholders to create scalable learning solutions that support leader effectiveness, succession planning, and organizational growth. The Program Manager will oversee leadership curriculum, development experiences, coaching and mentoring initiatives, and program evaluation to ensure measurable impact.

What you’ll do on a typical day:- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise development programs across AmAPAC that strengthen leadership capability, business acumen, and operational excellence.
- Partner with senior business leaders, HR, and Talent Development teams to identify capability gaps and create development strategies aligned to business priorities.
- Conduct organizational needs assessments and translate business requirements into scalable learning and development solutions.
- Design and manage leadership and professional development programs that enhance employee effectiveness, leadership readiness, and organizational performance.
- Manage development frameworks, learning pathways, and career growth experiences that support employees across all levels of the organization.
- Consult with leaders on development planning, succession readiness, talent acceleration, and leadership pipeline strategies.
- Partner with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to create and curate impactful learning content that aligns with GXO standards and operational priorities.
- Lead high-visibility development initiatives and manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing stakeholder expectations and business objectives.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning and professional growth across the organization by promoting development opportunities and best practices.
- Establish, monitor, and communicate key success metrics including promotion rates, internal mobility, retention, leadership strength, participation, and overall program effectiveness.
- Collaborate with global and regional partners to ensure development programs remain relevant, scalable, and aligned with evolving business needs.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on workforce capability building, organizational effectiveness, and long-term talent development strategies.
