AI​/Coding Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled AI/Coding Consultant to lead strategic initiatives in data modernization, AI/ML innovation, and platform architecture. • Over 5 years of experience in data engineering and architecture, especially within cloud or hybrid environments.
• Hands‑on proficiency with cloud‑native Lakehouse platforms such as Databricks and Snowflake.
• Expertise in streaming architectures (Kafka), ETL/ELT tools (Informatica), BI tools (Micro Strategy, Tableau, Thought Spot), and relational databases.
• Programming skills in Python and SQL to develop data pipelines, automation, and AI/ML workflows.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, platform choices, and MLOps processes.
• Knowledge of metadata management, data lineage, data quality, and governance tools (e.g., Collibra, SALT, Informatica).
• Familiarity with distributed query engines (Starburst), graph databases (Tiger Graph), No
  
  SQL solutions, open table formats (Iceberg, Delta Lake), and data mesh principles.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of translating technical concepts into strategic business insights.
• Experience working within Agile/SAFe environments.

• Industry experience in financial services or regulated industries.
• Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Vendor certifications for Databricks, Snowflake, Oracle.
• AI/ML certifications such as AWS ML Specialty or Azure AI Engineer.
• Proven track record in cloud cost optimization and Fin Ops strategie
