insightsoftware, LLC is looking for a UX Manager to build and lead their user experience function within the Certent Equity Management product organization. This foundational role will be responsible for establishing UX disciplines, building a team of UX researchers and UI designers, and partnering with Product Management and Engineering to enhance usability in a SaaS platform.
The ideal candidate should have 7+ years of UX experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role, and a strong portfolio showcasing complex enterprise applications. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, while experience in financial services is preferred.
