Duration: 5 months. 1–2 years of experience required.

Assist with the Windows 7 to Windows 10 migration of a few hundred devices at one of the client’s sites, completing the project by end of year.

• Perform migration tasks for Windows 10 deployment.
• Install additional software, reimage machines, and conduct remote migration and application installs using scripts.
• Run compatibility tests and document applications that are non‑compatible to minimize future investigations.
• Troubleshoot migration issues and investigate problems to get to the root cause.
• Participate in scheduling with a Project Manager and coordinate facilities and locations.
• Maintain a check list and ensure data is backed up manually.

• 1–2 years of experience in desktop support, Windows 10, hardware, reimaging, and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 7 to Windows 10 migration.
• Ability to interface with end users across multiple departments and provide customer service.
• Willingness to investigate and research issues rather than only apply existing knowledge.

Collaborate with a Project Manager and work across multiple facilities and employees.
