Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technology Lead Supply Chain Management with strong expertise in Manhattan PKMS/WMS, AS400 (IBM i), and Distribution Systems. The candidate will play a key role in delivering enhancements to an existing distribution solution while supporting critical business initiatives. This position requires a strong understanding of warehouse management processes, system integrations, and distribution ecosystems operating across multiple countries and time zones.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, and supporting the build and implementation of warehouse management capabilities within a complex supply chain environment.
Required Qualifications
- 8 10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, or Distribution Systems.
- Strong hands-on experience with Manhattan PKMS/WMS.
- Experience working with AS400 (IBM i) environments.
- Deep understanding of warehouse operations, including:
- Receiving
- Inventory Management
- Put-away
- Picking
- Packing
- Shipping
- Experience with system integrations and interface management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience leading small teams or work streams.
- Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies.
- Knowledge of retail, distribution, or logistics business processes.
- Experience working in global delivery environments.
