Network Technician – Fayetteville, NC, US. Full time. Minimum clearance required:
Secret. Up to 25% travel. Salary range: $60,100 - $123,200.

CACI is seeking a Network/SATCOM Technician to support our government program. Qualified candidates will have experience configuring Cisco routers and switches, operating and configuring VSAT/Idirect, and experience in integration, fielding, production, installation, test, and evaluation, maintenance, and Life Cycle Sustainment Management (LCSM) in DoD C5

ISR systems.

• Provide Life Cycle Sustainment and Maintenance (LCSM) support 24/7 for all Navy Expeditionary Combatant Command (NECC) deployable C5
  
  ISR terminals via telephone, email, and/or on‑site support.
• Provide technical support on all equipment and material under the NECC deployable C5
  
  ISR program to all personnel supporting the NECC EDN program.
• Maintain Lab Training system and assist with troubleshooting of equipment.
• Support testing and maintenance for deployable C5
  
  ISR terminals and associated transport terminals (Hawkeye III/ Hawkeye IV VSAT Terminals, Starshield Terminals).
• Perform network monitoring and cybersecurity compliance within regulation standards.
• Perform Tier III repairs for systems beyond the organization’s technical expertise.
• Provide installation, operation and maintenance training and troubleshooting to personnel.
• Assist in research and development efforts, as requested, and modification of new and existing systems.
• Serve as primary network technician for satellite deployable nodes servicing the deployable C5
  
  ISR terminal systems.
• Provide weekly and ad‑infimum deliverables depicting support provided to our customers.

Required
:

• Active Secret Clearance with ability to acquire and maintain Top Secret w/SCI clearance.
• Technical training in DoD C5
  
  ISR systems, including satellite communications equipment or networking equipment.
• Security+ certification required.
• Experience configuring Cisco routers and switches; specialized experience in the design, development, testing, analysis, operation, or maintenance of C4
  
  ISR systems deployable node.

• Cisco CCNA.
