Technical Support Specialist Job High Point area,North Carolina USA,IT/Tech

Join our dynamic team as a Technical Support Specialist and become the vital link that ensures seamless technology operations for our organization. In this energetic role, you will provide expert assistance to users, troubleshoot complex software and hardware issues, and support our IT infrastructure to keep systems running smoothly. Your proactive approach and technical expertise will empower teams to work efficiently and confidently with their digital tools.

Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot malfunctioning machines in our Customer Care Lab
Evaluate freight-damaged machines, create an estimate of repair, and repair/refurbish machines
Evaluate returned spare parts to confirm/refute field diagnosis, determine disposition, and document in Salesforce
Record labor performed/parts utilized in repairs and product/parts dispositions in Sales Force
Review operation and service manuals
Maintain open dialogue with colleagues to ensure alignment

Additional duties as assigned

Preferred Skills:

Self-starter with a "can-do" attitude that takes ownership
Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to de-escalate tense situations
Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting ability
Knowledge of and ability to read electrical schematics and diagrams
Above-average verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work well with all levels of the organization
Bilingual - English and Spanish
