Overview
Support the implementation, enhancement, and production operation of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials. Work with finance and technology teams to translate business requirements into configurations, testing, documentation, training, and support.
Mandatory Qualifications- 5+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP experience.
- Implementation experience with Oracle Financials, including General Ledger, Accounting Hub, and Subledger Accounting.
- 3+ years of TOAD and SQL experience.
- Strong finance and accounting knowledge.
- Experience with financial reporting tools such as OTBI, Financial Reporting Studio, and Smart View.
- Ability to document requirements, process flows, data flows, and test plans.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or collaboratively.
- University degree, preferably in computer science, software engineering, finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Availability for occasional late-night, weekend, and on-call production support.
- Support Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials applications and reporting.
- Gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system configurations.
- Configure, test, and implement enhancements and new financial modules.
- Resolve production, reporting, data, and configuration issues.
- Support testing, releases, upgrades, patches, and user acceptance activities.
- Coordinate with development, infrastructure, database, security, and operations teams.
- Create process documentation, test plans, and training materials.
- Provide user support and training.
- Ensure changes comply with technology, security, and change-management standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve system functionality, controls, and reporting.
- Production support: 45%
- Configuration, testing, and platform improvements: 30%
- Requirements management: 20%
- Project coordination: 5%
- Oracle Cloud Lease Accounting experience.
- Oracle Financials certification.
- Financial services or accounting industry experience.
- Project management experience across the software development lifecycle.
- Experience supporting multiple legal entities, ledgers, or international teams.
