About the RoleThis full‑time position is within the Data Discovery and Enrichment Organization. As a Level II expert you will create and evaluate training data for AI models, provide insights to partner teams, and gradually work independently on increasingly complex projects.
Responsibilities- Perform legal research and analysis to inform AI training data.
- Communicate actionable feedback and guidance to data scientists, engineers, and product managers.
- Apply best practices in creating and maintaining training data and relevance evaluations.
- Support Leads and Senior Experts in project execution.
- Contribute to internal presentations and stakeholder communications.
- Advocate for Responsible AI practices throughout the development lifecycle.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and moderate professional legal experience.
- Strong legal research, writing, and problem‑solving skills.
- Customer‑centric mindset and collaborative teamwork.
- Basic knowledge of machine learning and natural language processing.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and similar tools.
- Understanding of agile and lean methodologies.
- U.S. national base pay range: $71,600 - $119,400 (geographic differentials may apply).
