Starting Salary Range: $74,022 – 96,582 per year + generous benefits package
The Town of Wayland is seeking an experienced and service-oriented IT Technician to join its Information Technology Department. The IT Technician provides technical support to end users, devices, and business applications across Town departments and serves as the primary IT liaison for assigned systems, including the Tyler MUNIS ERP.
The successful candidate will provide responsive, professional technical assistance to employees at all levels, troubleshoot hardware, software, and application issues, administer user accounts and access, deploy and maintain technology equipment, and support Town-wide technology projects. Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; and four (4) years of experience that includes end-user support and business application support.
- CompTIA Security+ certification.
- Microsoft MS-900 certification.
- Microsoft MD-102 certification.
- Tyler Technologies MUNIS product training.
