Expeditor, Supply Chain​/Logistics

We are looking for an Expeditor for our client Environmental Air Systems. This role is the bridge between procurement, operations, and projects, ensuring materials arrive on time, in spec, and aligned with schedule.

• Good organizational, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of materials management, purchasing methods, and expediting procedures.
• Must be able to work under pressure.
• Strong knowledge of standard ERP/MRP principles and practices.
• Infor/LN experience / purchasing module knowledge is preferred.

• Track and monitor purchase orders, shipments, and delivery schedules.
• Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Coordinate logistics between procurement, warehouse, and project team.
• Maintain accurate records in ERP and ensure audit readiness.
• Identify and elevate delays, shortages, and scheduling risks.
• Support procurement leadership and admin functions.

• 2-4 years of experience in purchasing/expediting in a custom engineered manufacturing organization within an order/make-to-ERP/MRP driven environment.
• Understanding of ERP systems and strong Excel and spread sheeting skills.

• Knowledge and use of Infor ERP system.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma acceptable with appropriate industry experience.
