What You Will Do
  • JOB SUMMARY

This role is responsible for operational execution and compliance of duty drawback, working within enterprise planning, data, and value realization frameworks defined centrally. The Duty Drawback Value Delivery & Compliance Manager ensures end-to-end execution and delivery of the drawback process within defined enterprise frameworks, with a primary focus on regulatory compliance, audit readiness, documentation integrity, and value realization. Operating within the Voyager programme governance, the role delivers duty drawback value in line with enterprise targets and planning assumptions, while maintaining strict adherence to regulatory requirements and internal control standards.

The role acts as the operational backbone of the drawback capability, translating frameworks into execution, ensuring accurate claim filing, robust documentation, and reliable financial recovery. It provides structured inputs into planning and value tracking, but does not define planning assumptions, scenarios, or frameworks.

  • WHAT YOU WILL DO

Lead end-to-end execution of the duty drawback program within established governance frameworks, ensuring timely, compliant claim processing and delivery of recovery value against enterprise targets. Own the reconciliation and transparency of planned, eligible, claimed, and recovered amounts, identifying variances and value leakage. Ensure regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and documentation integrity through robust controls, SOPs, and validation processes. Coordinate with Finance, Tax, Supply Chain, Trade Compliance, and Logistics to ensure accurate data, claim readiness, and value recovery.

Provide operational reporting on claim status, recovery performance, compliance, and risks, while supplying execution insights to planning and value realization processes. Validate inputs from planning and logistics, elevate risks and compliance gaps, and drive continuous improvement through enhanced efficiency, data quality, documentation, and automation, while adhering to all Voyager governance and operational standards.

Qualifications
  • REQUIRED

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Degree in Supply Chain, International Trade, Finance, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in duty drawback, customs compliance, or trade operations
  • Strong working knowledge of U.S. Duty Drawback regulations
  • Experience in audit handling and compliance documentation
  • Experience working with ERP and trade compliance systems
  • Strong analytical, reconciliation, and documentation skills

Annual Base Salary Range: $103761.00 - $138347.00

Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus or incentive compensation.
