Description:
This is an exciting direct hire opportunity with a growing and established company. The Procurement Coordinator will support the timely delivery of materials, equipment, and services for manufacturing and construction operations. This role will monitor purchase orders, track deliveries, communicate with vendors regarding order status, and help resolve any shipping or documentation issues. The ideal candidate will have experience with purchasing, vendor coordination, logistics, or inventory support and be comfortable managing multiple orders and deadlines.
- Minimum 1 years experience in procurement or purchasing coordination
- Must be familiar with ERP systems.
- Must have experience with Google workspace, sheets or excel, docs, and e mail.
- Experience communicating with suppliers is required.
- Following up on orders and relaying status updates.
