Sr. Global Project Manager

Senior Global Project Manager (Not an IT PM role)

Technimark is a rapidly growing global manufacturer of custom rigid plastics solutions. Working in conjunction with some of the world’s most respected companies we create, design, and deliver products across multiple industry sectors including healthcare, packaging, industrial and consumer products, and we’re looking to hire a Project Manager to join our team of experts.

As a Senior Global Project Manager at Technimark, you'll have responsibility for planning, executing, and finalizing projects that take projects from R&D to production while ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction. This includes coordinating resources, managing project teams, suppliers, and effectively communicating with stakeholders. Your ability to navigate challenges and celebrate successes will be paramount in driving project success.

Required Experience:

• 5-10+ years of industry experience with 3+ years of Project Management experience
• Experience with injection molding, contract manufacturing or related industry is required.
• Experience delivering solutions for healthcare and medical devices industries is a plus.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Project, and MS Teams. Additional experience with project management software such as Smartsheet is a plus.
• Experience with in an Agile environment and PMP certification are plusses.
• Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A hybrid work environment requires candidates to be located close enough to be on-site regularly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project development throughout the entire project life cycle.
• Develop project plans, define deliverables, allocate resources, and manage project risks.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Delegate tasks, resolve conflicts, and manage project dependencies.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with standards and procedures.
• Host meetings and activities, both in-office and virtually, to drive project success.
• Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and ownership in achieving project objectives.
