Job SummaryAs our Regional Sign Installation Manager, you will coordinate installation schedules, manage crews, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and DOT regulations. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of installation to ensure customer specifications and company standards are met. You'll lead our North Carolina Install team, coordinate with various departments, and drive strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency and profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee installation operations, including scheduling and resource planning.
- Supervise, train, and mentor installation crews for quality and efficiency.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company policies.
- Monitor Geotab telematics data and enforce DOT safety standards.
- Conduct safety meetings, toolbox talks, and promote a culture of safety.
- Collaborate with production managers to optimize freight and improve margins.
- Maintain accurate timecards and administrative records.
- Experience in the sign industry.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings.
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety compliance.
- Familiarity with Geotab or similar fleet monitoring systems.
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP experience (Jobscope preferred).
- Valid driver’s license required (CDL preferred).
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Customer-focused with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record in project management and performance improvement.
