Description

Make a Meaningful Impact Every Day

GT Independence seeks a senior leader to establish, lead, and govern a centralized Enterprise PMO (EPMO). The role drives execution discipline, prioritization, and value realization across the organization, ensuring strategic initiatives, operational programs, and technology investments are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to value-creation objectives.

This is a senior leadership role, not an administrative PMO. The Director is accountable for enterprise delivery outcomes, portfolio transparency, and executive decision support. The ideal candidate combines a consulting mindset with enterprise PMO leadership experience to influence executives and impose structure across complex, cross-functional initiatives.

Our Mission

To help people live a life of their choosing, regardless of age or ability.

GT Independence has earned multiple awards as an exceptional workplace. We are certified as a Great Place to Work for 2025/2026 and have been named a 2026 National “Best and Brightest Companies to Work For.”

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on delivery risk, sequencing, and execution feasibility.
Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement
  • Apply Lean and process improvement principles to improve delivery efficiency and reduce friction.
  • Embed standard practices for scope control, change management, risk management, and issue escalation.
