POOLCORP is offering a Management in Training - Operations program based in our distribution warehouses. This entry-level track provides six months of guided training across operations, purchasing and leadership, with clear paths to Supervisor or Manager roles nationwide.
Participants relocate as needed with company support, and must be willing to travel up to 25% during and after the program. A Bachelor's or Associate's degree with a minimum 2.5 GPA is expected.
