Army Project Manager  Program (Must have prior Army experience)

The role involves providing project management services for the  program.

• Liaison between the contractor personnel and the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR).
• Responsible for all administrative matters and ensuring proper methodology and procedures are followed to meet task order requirements.
• Provides management and oversight of all contractors assigned to the requirement.
• Meets monthly with COR.
• Provides monthly report of contractor activity.

• At least three (3) years operational experience processing identification issuance requests and issuing identification badges for building and system access, and familiarity with DoD  issuance policies and procedures.
• Experience training others on the use of identification issuance systems or other DoD IT systems.
• At least five (5) years of experience as a Project Manager, OR no degree but at least ten (10) years of experience in project management involving multidisciplinary efforts.
• Prior FBI consulting experience.
• Master’s degree.
• Co-located with the COR at USARC MARSHALL Hall, 4710 KNOX ST, Fort Bragg, NC 28307.
