We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Vice President of Finance to lead the company’s financial planning, reporting, analytics, cash management, and legal coordination functions. This role is responsible for ensuring financial accuracy, delivering actionable business insights, supporting strategic decision-making, and protecting company assets. The VP of Finance will partner closely with executive leadership and department heads to drive performance, accountability, and operational excellence.

• Lead forward-lookingFP&Aownership,includingforecastingandlong-rangefinancialplanning
• Provideanalyticalsupportandrecommendationsrelatedtopricing,margin optimization,strategic initiatives,andcompanyinvestmentdecisions
• Maintainfullownershipoffinancialstatements,includingP&L,Balance Sheet,andCash Flow
• Overseeinternalreportingandperformancetrackingagainstbudget,forecast,andpriorperiods
• Ensuretheaccuracyandtimelydeliveryofallfinancialstatementstointernalstakeholdersandthe Board
• Generateclearfinancialreportingandactionableinsights,includingexplainingperformancedriversandrecommendednextsteps
