Technical Project Manager (Filling) - US, North Carolina

Support a landmark project as QCS partner with a global biologics organization to drive delivery of a cutting-edge facility in North Carolina. Be part of a large-scale investment and play a pivotal part in bringing this world-class program to life.
Our client is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to support the delivery of their project based in North Carolina on an initial 12-month contract.
What You’ll Deliver- Act as client-side owner for Filling
- Provide end-to-end oversight from detailed design through IOQ completion.
- Manage and coordinate third-party execution partners.
- Challenge contractor schedules, resource plans and delivery assumptions.
- Track project scope, risks, schedule and milestone achievement.
- Coordinate alignment between Engineering, MSAT, Operations, Quality, CQV and Construction.
- Extensive pharmaceutical or biotech project experience
- Significant drug product manufacturing experience
- Experience overseeing large capital projects
- Client-side, owner-side or EPCM leadership experience
- Strong contractor management experience
