• Assemble solar structure components according to engineering drawings and work instructions

• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively

• Perform quality checks to ensure parts are assembled accurately and meet specifications

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

• Adapt to various tasks and shifting priorities in a start-up environment

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

• Support continuous improvement efforts on the production floor

• 1–3 years of experience in assembly or manufacturing preferred

• Ability to read and follow basic engineering or technical drawings

• Comfortable using basic hand and power tools

• Strong attention to detail and quality

• Willingness to be flexible and take on a variety of tasks

• Team player with a proactive attitude

• High school diploma or GED preferred
