The Quality Inspector is primarily responsible for ensuring conformity of components received that will be converted into a finished product, as well as performing in-process inspections/audits of each work center within the production area. This position will also be responsible for performing ANSI inspections.

• Perform and document (in a timely manner) inspections of materials received.
• Perform and document in-process quality inspections at production equipment.
• Assist in ensuring any nonconforming materials are identified, isolated and controlled.
• Perform, document (in a timely manner) and react appropriately to ANSI inspections.
• Complete destructive and non-destructive testing using prescribed test methods and lab equipment.
• Ensure correct scrap and line clearance procedures are followed.
• Maintain computer data files (MS Excel).
• Transfer learning across teams through training of others.

Monday‑Wednesday 4:45pm‑5:00am

High School Diploma or GED.

• 2 or more years’ experience in a similar or related position(s).

This job operates in a manufacturing environment. Temperature is uncontrolled, and there is heat, dust, noise, fumes, moving equipment and machinery.

Regularly standing, walking, climbing, bending, lifting, pushing/pulling, grasping, reaching at, below or above shoulder level, repetitive use of hands/fingers, visual and/or auditory requirements. Frequently handling up to 25 lbs. of weight, and occasionally 25 to 50 lbs.
