Maintenance Technician / Mechanic, Utility Technician
Responsibilities
Monitors and operates plant equipment to maintain safe, efficient, and continuous plant operations.
Makes adjustments to control systems to optimize performance.
Conducts rounds to check conditions of plant equipment and records operational data on log sheets.
Investigates changes in instrument readings and equipment operation.
Recognizes and mitigates operating difficulties to minimize plant downtime.
QualificationsStrong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Commitment to safety and quality standards.
Flexibility to work various shifts and overtime as needed.
