This onsite contract role offers hands‑on involvement in GMP-regulated manufacturing, cleanroom operations, and advanced cell processing technologies.
What You’ll Do- Lead and execute critical cell processing activities in a cGMP environment.
- Perform aseptic manufacturing in cleanroom settings, applying sterile technique and regulatory best practices.
- Operate and troubleshoot specialized production equipment, including controlled‑rate freezers and orbital shakers.
- Execute final product freezing and LN2 storage with strict adherence to quality standards.
- Own and review GMP documentation including batch records, logbooks, and SOPs in alignment with GDP requirements.
- Support and lead deviation investigations and CAPA activities to drive continuous improvement.
- Mentor team members and contribute to building a strong, quality‑focused manufacturing culture.
- Assist with process validation, material qualification, and data analysis initiatives.
- AS or BS in Biotechnology, Biology, Chemistry, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–4+ years of experience in cell therapy, biotech, or biologics manufacturing.
- Direct experience working in a cGMP-regulated cleanroom environment.
- Strong understanding of aseptic technique and controlled documentation practices.
- Experience with ERP systems and electronic batch documentation preferred.
- A proactive mindset with strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
