Position DescriptionThe Manufacturing Plant Scheduler is responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing the production schedules for a facility operation. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient use of plant capacity, materials, and labor to meet customer delivery deadlines. The scheduler will coordinate closely with production, supply chain, manufacturing engineering, and quality teams to ensure accurate and realistic production plans that align with business objectives.
A strong focus will be placed on resource planning, schedule adherence, communication, and continuous improvement in scheduling processes.

- Compliance & Safety
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with production scheduling software.
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Experience working in a multi-plant manufacturing environment.
- Understanding of manufacturing principles and processes.
- Experience with modular construction or a related industry is a plus.
- Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
