Asphalt Plant Loader Operator - Day Shift

Operator must have the ability to operate a variety of equipment in a safe and efficient manner.

• Safely operate and maintain asphalt plant and construction equipment.
• Operate track excavators, backhoes, dozers, loaders, rollers, forklifts, and other pieces of equipment.
• Perform other routine duties as directed by the Foreman.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure equipment is properly maintained and serviced as needed.
• Monitor production levels and adjust production as needed.
• Troubleshoot, problem‑solve, and discuss production problems with co‑workers and supervisors.

• Knowledge of asphalt plant operations.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Initiative, ability, and willingness to perform and assist with other responsibilities for job completion as requested.
• Willingness to work day or night shift, including weekends.
• Willingness to travel.
• Capability to operate the assigned machine and any other related equipment in a safe manner.
• Competent inspection of the equipment.
