Carrier is looking for a Senior Manufacturing Engineer in Charlotte, NC. This key role focuses on improving manufacturing processes for air-cooled chiller operations and troubleshooting complex production issues. You will work closely with production teams, driving real-time problem resolution and continuous improvement within the plant.
The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of engineering experience, a relevant engineering degree, and the ability to support new product introductions effectively. This position is fully onsite during first shift hours.
