Prepare ingredients for doughnut production - brew, dough, glaze, fillings, and icings;
Accurately weigh ingredients, measure liquids, mixing, and frying doughnuts;
Record keeping (times and temperatures) of all products prepared;
Maintain sanitation standards within production area to ensure cleanliness and proper operation of equipment;
Present self in a professional manner, including adhering to uniform standards
