We’re looking for motivated and detail-oriented individuals to support slitter operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you’ll operate production equipment, support quality inspections, and work closely with a team to ensure products meet customer and company standards.

• Operate slitter equipment to produce high-quality card products
• Review production schedules and job specifications prior to production runs
• Set up jobs and make machine adjustments to support production efficiency
• Inspect product samples and maintain quality standards throughout production
• Troubleshoot basic mechanical and operational issues
• Record production data, downtime, and shift information accurately
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership during shift transitions
• Maintain compliance with safety standards, ISO requirements, and company procedures

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of manufacturing, industrial, or machine operation experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Basic computer and MIS system proficiency
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to perform basic math calculations
• Experience in an ISO 9001 environment is a plus
