App Engineering Tech Lead II

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery of global physical security modernization initiatives
• Drive transition from legacy systems to cloud-based physical security platforms
• Partner with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and manage competing demands
• Own end-to-end delivery of assigned work streams with minimal oversight
• Identify and incorporate emerging technologies to improve efficiency and automation
• Provide technical leadership across architecture, design, implementation, and ongoing platform support
• Evaluate and approve technical solutions; ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and security standards
• Conduct testing oversight, including functionality, integration, and security validation
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues; perform root cause analysis and proactively mitigate risks
• Communicate project status, risks, and impacts to stakeholders and senior leadership
• Mentor team members and promote continuous learning and technical skill development
• Ensure adherence to engineering standards, documentation practices, and information security policies
• Drive continuous improvement across engineering practices, tools, and delivery processes

• Minimum of eight years related work experience
• At least three years of development experience
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
• Graduate degree preferred
