BD is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to implement and sustain BDPS processes in the manufacturing unit. The role focuses on identifying critical equipment settings, establishing standards, and transferring knowledge to operators and technicians.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical preferred) with 2–3 years of manufacturing experience, strong problem-solving skills, and a track record in quality systems and continuous improvement.
