Production Machine Operators
A manufacturing company in High Point is looking to fill several Production Machine Operator positions on night shift. Pay: $18.00/hour. Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Training:
Candidates will train on 1st shift for a few days before transitioning to the night shift.
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production machinery
- Load and unload materials from machines
- Monitor the production process and product quality
- Make basic adjustments as needed
- Follow production and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Meet daily production and quality standards
Must be able to lift 50+lbs.
Requirements:
- Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred
- Willingness to train on 1st shift before moving to nights
- Ability to work a 12-hour overnight shift
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to stand and remain active throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
