Second Shift Production Associate – Packing (Quality Focused)

Location: High Point, NC
Schedule: Second Shift | Monday–Friday | 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM

We are seeking a dependable Second Shift Production Associate to support our packing operations in a fast?paced manufacturing and warehouse environment in High Point, NC
. This role is heavily focused on quality, process adherence, and consistency rather than formal leadership responsibilities.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and committed to maintaining high quality standards while supporting smooth production flow during second shift operations.

• Perform packing and production tasks in accordance with established work instructions and quality standards
• Ensure products meet quality and packaging requirements before shipment
• Follow defined processes to maintain consistency, accuracy, and efficiency
• Support workflow within the production and packing areas to meet daily output goals
• Monitor work quality and report defects, issues, or process concerns to supervision
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with safety policies
• Accurately complete basic production documentation or system entries as required
• Assist with general production tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly

Required:

• Prior experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and process compliance
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
• Basic computer skills (ability to enter data or review work instructions)
• Reliable attendance and ability to work a consistent second-shift schedule
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

• Experience in packing or quality-focused production roles
• Familiarity with production metrics, standard work, or continuous improvement concepts

• Manufacturing and warehouse setting
• Standing, lifting, and repetitive tasks required
• Emphasis on safety, organization, and quality performance
