As we expand, we’re looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager with deep expertise in Hub Spot to lead our marketing efforts and elevate our brand.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies using Hub Spot tools and automation.
- Manage and optimize inbound marketing campaigns, including email marketing, content marketing, and lead nurturing.
- Oversee CRM management, segmentation, and data hygiene within Hub Spot
. - Route and manage all inbound leads through Hub Spot
, ensuring timely follow-up and tracking. - Design and produce marketing materials, including brochures, landing pages, website graphics, and email campaigns.
- Coordinate and manage local marketing events, including logistics, promotion, and post-event follow-up.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights to improve ROI.
- Create and manage landing pages, forms, and workflows to support lead generation.
- Stay current with marketing trends and Hub Spot updates to ensure best practices.
- 3 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on digital and inbound strategies.
- Proven expertise in Hub Spot
, including CRM, Marketing Hub, and automation tools. - Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma).
- Experience designing marketing collateral and digital assets.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics and reporting.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.
- Experience in B2B is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
