Senior Manager, Business Enablement - Temporary Worker

Senior Manager of Marketing Strategy – Temporary assignment starting ASAP for 6 months.

• Lead the development of strategic omni-channel marketing plans that connect media performance, channel mix, and business outcomes.
• Be a subject matter expert and translate new technology and market trends into new marketing ideas for clients.
• Monitor current marketing trends, new technology solutions, and competitive strategies, and translate them into new marketing ideas for clients.
• Develop trusted, long-term relationships with client contacts and stakeholders, becoming embedded in the client's business.
• Maintain strong cross-functional alignment, ensuring clarity, communication, and smooth coordination with operations, media, and other marketing teams.
• Ensure meaningful client value is delivered through a mix of best-practice solutions and original thinking.
• Collaborate with team leadership (account management, operations, analytics) and partner agencies/teams to turn ideas into executable plans.
• Diagnose business and performance trends, and use influential communication with senior stakeholders to demonstrate impact of strategy and marketing investment.
• Manage budget with discipline and reallocate resources to optimize long‑term performance.
• Support and strengthen the team's marketing strategy skills.
• Prepare and deliver executive‑level presentations for internal and external audiences.

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years of experience in marketing strategy, media, consulting, business enablement, or a related field.
• 3+ years working in an agency or consulting firm.
• Retail and/or automotive industry experience preferred.
• Experience leading end‑to‑end marketing strategy in a complex, multi-account business.
• Experience leading and developing high‑performing team members.

• Hands‑on skills using data and research to guide decisions.
• Proficiency in Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), Power BI dashboard interpretation, and research tools.
• Experience translating data analysis into relevant marketing recommendations.
• Clear, proactive communicator, even in complex and ambiguous business situations.
• Curious, execution‑focused, and comfortable in environments where priorities and timelines may shift.
• Strategic problem solver who balances a bias for action with forward planning, anticipating business needs and making adjustments as needed.
• Ability to manage complexity while collaborating across teams.

The hourly pay range for this position is $95.00 - $105.42. The hourly pay rate for the successful candidate is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.

• Temporary employees are eligible for paid holidays in accordance with dentsu policy, as well as safe and sick time.
