Children's Ministry Director

Life Spring Church exists to give everyone opportunities to follow Jesus, and has a 5-year dream of 500-50-5: seeing 500 people baptized, 50 people sent to plant a new church, and 5 people sent to the nations as long term missionaries with the Gospel.

We planted in September 2016 and are approaching our 10th birthday. In the first decade of ministry, we have baptized 129 people and planted one church from Life Spring.

We believe that the most fertile field for evangelism and discipleship is the next generation, beginning with the smallest child. Life Kids is our children’s ministry and exists to teach children Jesus "on their level" in a safe, clean, and fun environment.

We are in search of a leader that will lead the team that manages the day to day operations and disciples children. While this position begins as part time, the goal is for it to become full-time as soon as possible.

  Lead Pastor
• 20 hours per week
• Must be on site on Sundays, meetings, and other strategic events
• May be remote other times

• Be healthy: spiritually, physically, emotionally, mentally, relationally. A healthy leader is an effective leader.
• Vision and culture carrier:
  Communicate and implement the mission, strategy, culture and vision of Life Spring and Life Kids as directed by the Lead pastor.
• Lead leaders:
  The Children's Director job is to lead, equip, shepherd, and train the team that does the work of the ministry and develop future volunteer leaders who can carry out the mission of Life Kids.
• Recruit, lead, and care for volunteers:
  Our volunteers are our most important and valuable asset. Great volunteers to great ministry, and adding volunteers scales ministry.
• Strengthen systems, especially systems that attract, retain, and connect new families to our church and strengthen the relationship between existing families and Life Spring, especially that of parents to Life Kids.
• Implement excellent standards in terms of safety, cleanliness, and fun.
