  • 7 pm – 7 am
  • 3 12‑hour shifts weekly
  • Weekend rotation
Pay Range:

$38.20 – $57.30

This position is sign‑on bonus eligible and qualifies for a $10,000 sign‑on bonus, provided the candidate meets eligibility requirements.

Where You Will Work:

The Observation Unit is a 12‑bed general medical‑surgical unit that handles acute patients with expected stays less than 36 hours. Upon completion of 6 months in the Observation Unit, you will be crossed‑trained for the Clinical Decision Unit, which is a 12‑bed extension of the Emergency Department. The Clinical Decision Unit handles patients that are requiring extended Emergency Department stays; however, they are expected to be discharged within 24 hours.

The Clinical Decision Unit is a protocol‑driven unit.

We’re Looking For:
  • Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
  • Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
  • Greater than 1 year of RN experience

  • As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Using evidence‑based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skilled communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
