Overview

Float Pool CNAs will work full-time. The full‑time position requires flexibility and availability for all rotations at 3 Centers, including Meridian Center (High Point, NC), Abbotts Creek Center (Lexington, NC), and Siler City Center (Siler City, NC). Requires a minimum of one (1) year of CNA experience and involves 8‑week rotations.

Responsibilities

We have Certified Nursing Assistant – CNA float nursing pool opportunities available at multiple affiliated skilled nursing centers within a geographic area. Work a minimum of two (2) shifts per week, including every other weekend or full‑time hours depending on open shifts. As a Regional Float CNA, you will deliver efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.

You will also perform various patient care activities and related non‑professional services essential to caring for the personal needs and comfort of our patients.

Qualifications
  • Successful completion of a state‑approved certified nursing assistant program is required.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the spoken English language to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our patients and visitors.
  • Basic knowledge of computers or willingness to learn is required.
  • Must attend a minimum of 12 hours continuing education programs provided by the center to maintain certification.

Posted Salary Range: USD $23.00 – USD $26.00 /hr.
