As a Home Care Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide skilled nursing services tailored to each client’s needs, following physician orders and individualized care plans—all in a comfortable home environment.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver direct, one‑on‑one nursing care in the patient’s home
- Complete assessments
- Follow and contribute to individualized plans of care
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor patient condition and document progress
- Educate patients and families on care and safety
- Communicate changes in condition with the care team
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina
- Current CPR certification (adult, child, and infant)
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
